Hey there! I’m Jaimee. Mama, wife, daughter, Jesus-lover, explorer, and indulgent eater. I feel so blessed I have been able to turn my hobby of baking into a little business where I get to bake for you. Thank you for being here, for ordering treats, and for your support.

My love for baking came from my love of eating, which came from joy I endured in my Italian grandma’s tiny kitchen. As a kid we would visit “Gamolli Vitus” and eagerly await whatever surprise she had baked us. Our favorite were the Napoleons. Everything in her kitchen just tasted better.

My dad told me as a kid he would come home everyday to something new she made. And if she didn’t like how it turned out, she would toss it and try again. I loved that tradition for him, and swore I would do the same for my kids. Now everyday after school my kids ask “what did you bring?”

Thank you for everyone who has supported my baking journey! It has been a blast, and I feel blessed I get to bake for so many people. God is good!
